      Working on a retained basis means we operate on an exclusive basis, working very closely with you to find the best person for the job. The process is rigorous with a shortlist of up to ten names being presented before interviews commence. An upfront payment is required, with a further payment on shortlist delivery and the final payment upon Candidate start date.
