Janice was absolutely fantastic from start to Finish. The time was taken to understand my experience, what I was looking for and the type of role that would be a good fit for me. The communication, professionalism and genuine support throughout the process really stood out. It’s not often you come across a recruiter who genuinely cares about finding the right position for the person, rather than simply filling a vacancy.Janice went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for everything. Thank you, Janice, and GRN Search Group — I really appreciate everything you did for me.

A huge thank you to Ian and Janice at GRN Search Group for all their support throughout the entire process. They’ve been professional, reliable, and always kept me updated, following through whenever they said they would. They made everything run smoothly and took a lot of the stress out of changing roles. Thanks to their help, I’ve been offered a fantastic new position that I’m really excited to start in June. I’m extremely grateful for all their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GRN Search Group to anyone looking for new opportunities.

I had a fantastic experience with Ian from start to finish. He was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in finding the right role for me, not just any role. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and he always made time to answer questions and offer guidance. What really stood out was his attention to detail and understanding of both my skills and career goals. He matched me with an opportunity that was a great fit, and his support didn’t stop once the interview process began—he provided helpful advice and kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, a top-class service. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a recruiter who actually cares about getting the best outcome for you.

Well where to start GRN contacted me regarding a position that I didn't even know was being advertised despite extensive internet searching the typical locations. It was relevant, local and ideal for what I was looking for. With my CV in hand, he made contact with the potential employer and arranged the interview / driving assessment not only through the working day but also outside of normal working hours. The whole process is best calculated in hours rather than weeks or even days. Yes they are that efficient. Communication was fantastic all of which was backed up by emails which made the process that much easier. Having successfully obtained the position I was very pleased when Ian Green rang up the day before I was to start to make sure that I had everything I needed and knew what was to come next. An all star service from a all star agency. I thank them for all their support and wish them the very best in future business. Roger

Ian is a consummate professional. He was honest and passionate in helping me find a suitable role, listening to my preferences and assisted greatly with the interview preparation whilst giving me space to make my own decisions. He was very proactive in seeking feedback for all parties. Without his assistance I couldn't have landed such a desirable role with a reputable local company within a week of our initial conversation!
